Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use loanbandhu.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the control you have over it.
Last updated: 19 July 2026 · Effective: 19 July 2026
1. Who we are
LoanBandhu (“LoanBandhu”, “we”, “us”) is a loan consultancy and a venture by Jupeak, operating from Flat A8 & A9, 2nd Floor, Siddhi Vinayaka Complex, D 64/29, BR-1, Bank Colony, Sigra, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh – 221010, India.
We are not a bank or an NBFC and we do not lend money ourselves. We help you compare lenders, negotiate a rate and complete the paperwork. This means that to do our job we must pass your details to the lenders you ask us to approach.
This policy covers the website loanbandhu.com and the enquiries you send us through it. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
We only ask for what a lender will need. Depending on which form you use:
| Form | What it asks for |
|---|---|
| Loan enquiry / general enquiry | Full name, mobile number, email address, city, loan type, loan amount, your profile (salaried, self-employed, etc.) and anything you write in the message box |
| Contact form | Full name, mobile number, email address, subject and your message |
| Partner application | Full name, mobile number, email address, firm or company name, partner type and years of experience |
| Credit score check request | Full name, mobile number, city and the loan type you are considering |
We do not ask for your PAN, your date of birth, or any password, OTP or PIN anywhere on this website. No form on loanbandhu.com collects them, and this site does not query a credit bureau. If a consultant later needs identity documents to place an actual loan application, they will ask you for them directly and tell you why.
Information collected automatically
- Server and browser data — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and when. This is ordinary web-server and analytics data.
- Cookies and similar technology — see section 6.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your bank account password, card PIN, OTP, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. See Stay Safe from Fraud.
3. Why we use it
- To call or message you back about the enquiry you submitted.
- To assess which lenders and loan products fit your profile, and to place your application with them.
- To send you a confirmation email acknowledging your enquiry.
- To respond to questions, complaints and service requests.
- To measure how well our advertising works, in aggregate.
- To meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Consent and how to withdraw it
Every form on this site carries a tick box in which you authorise LoanBandhu and its representatives to contact you by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry. On the loan and general enquiry forms that authorisation is stated to override any DND (Do Not Disturb) registration on your number, because otherwise we could not call you back about the loan you asked for.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing team@loanbandhu.com or calling +91 95190 66658. Withdrawing consent stops future contact; it does not undo processing already carried out lawfully, and it may mean we can no longer progress a loan application for you.
5. Who we share it with
Lenders
Banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions we approach on your behalf. They handle your data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before you sign.
Service providers we use to run this site
| Provider | What it receives and why |
|---|---|
| JupeakOne CRM jupeakone.com | Every enquiry you submit is stored here so our team can act on it. Operated by our parent company, Jupeak. |
| EmailJS cdn.jsdelivr.net | Delivers the confirmation email we send you, relayed through the LoanBandhu mailbox, and processes the contents of that email. Its code is fetched only at the moment you submit an enquiry — simply reading a page never contacts it. |
| Meta (Facebook) | The Meta Pixel on this site reports page views and enquiry events for advertising measurement. See section 6. |
| Google Fonts | Serves the site's typefaces. Your IP address reaches Google when a page loads. |
| Google Maps | Embedded on our Contact page to show our office location. |
| WhatsApp (Meta) | Only if you choose to tap the WhatsApp button to start a chat. |
Others
- Legal and regulatory — where we are required to disclose by law, by a court, or by a regulator, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
- Business transfer — if our business is merged or acquired, your data may move with it, subject to this policy.
Some of these providers operate servers outside India. Where that happens, the transfer is made in line with the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Central Government.
6. Cookies and tracking
Nothing tracks you until you say yes. On your first visit we show a short banner asking whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you choose Accept, no advertising or analytics cookie is set and no tracking script is loaded at all. If you choose Reject, we also delete any tracking cookie already in your browser.
The site uses two categories of cookie:
| Category | What it does |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary always on | Remembers your cookie choice itself, and lets pages and forms work. These set no advertising identifier and cannot be turned off without breaking the site. |
| Analytics & advertising only with your consent | The Meta Pixel (pixel ID 896454919566062). It reports to Meta when you view a page and when you submit an enquiry, so we can measure which advertising actually helps people find us. |
The enquiry event sent to Meta includes the type of form, the loan product, your city and the loan amount where you provided one. It does not include your name, phone number or email address.
You can change your mind at any time:
- — reopens the banner on this page.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Adjust your Meta ad preferences.
- Use your browser's tracking-protection or an ad blocker — the site works normally without the pixel either way.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we are actively helping you, and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax, audit and regulatory obligations, or to establish or defend a legal claim. When none of those reasons apply any more, we delete it or anonymise it.
If you want your data deleted sooner, write to us using the details in section 12 and we will comply unless a law requires us to keep it.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access — ask what personal data of yours we hold and how we have used and shared it.
- Correction and completion — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated.
- Erasure — have your data deleted where we no longer need it and no law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, as described in section 4.
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us first, as described below.
- Nominate — name someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 12. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We respond as quickly as we can and in any case within the timelines the law sets.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. How we protect it
We apply reasonable security practices to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access: access to the CRM is restricted to team members who need it, the site is served over HTTPS, and we review who has access.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as the DPDP Act requires.
10. Children
Our services are meant for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect the personal data of children. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, our providers or the law change. The revised version, with a new “last updated” date, takes effect when it is published on this page. Please check back from time to time.
12. Contact and grievances
For any question about this policy, to exercise your rights, or to raise a complaint about how we have handled your data:
